Once we receive your request, our support team will respond promptly with instructions and a prepaid return label — meaning you won’t have to pay anything to return your item.

After the label is sent, simply package the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest return location.

Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we process your full refund within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is finalized.
